class through the New Zealand Infrastructure Briefing
Weekly newsletter and through the promotion of

clients on infrastructure policy, procurement , financing and risk
management matters.

Engaged by the UNDP as Financial Expert to assist the Government of
Mauritius with the procurement of a Private Sector Operator for water
and sanitation services.
> Tonga/Development of National Infrastructure Investment Plan -
Appointed by the Asian Development Bank to assist in preparing a
prioritized National Infrastructure Investment Plan and draft
funding strategy for capital investment in infrastructure, for the
Government of Tonga. > Asia 2010: Water Resources and Renewable Energy Development in Asia (March 2010, Malaysia) - Presented a paper: "Establishing an equitable hydro financial benefits framework for host governments".
> Pakistan/ Government of Sindh - Appointed by the Asian Development Bank to develop approaches to PPP procurement, value for money and viability gap funding.
